Our Story

Sweet Melissa’s is hands down the best ice cream in Palm Coast. You can really taste that it’s homemade; the texture is incredibly creamy and smooth. We tried the Brownie Sundae and it was huge! The brownie was rich and fudgy, and they aren't stingy with the toppings. It’s also great to support a local family-owned business; the staff is always so welcoming and the shop is spotless. A true local gem!

I grew up living near a Mayfield milk and ice cream factory and i can say beyond a doubt that these guys have them beat. Melissa's is probably the best ice cream I've ever had. Scoops are generous and there's a ton of flavors to choose from. They treat you like family when you come in the door too. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Sweet Melissa is a hidden gem in Palm Coast’s City Marketplace. Everything is homemade and made in small batches. I tried the Banana pudding with a waffle cone and it was absolutely delicious. It was loaded with Nilla cookies and tasted just like Banana Pudding. Best ice cream shop in town! Everything homemade you have to try the ice cream and they make homemade ice cream pies… incredible. The owner is the nicest guy and greets me and my family every time we come in, great place, and great environment! The owner even has stayed past close just to give me and my family an ice cream pie we called ahead to order. You have to try this place overall amazing!
